Three simple steps each day help you to have a deep sleep

Deep sleep is the key to achieving any goal, from losing weight, helping to smooth skin … to making more money.

A deep sleep at night will allow brain development, fat metabolism, regulate appetite and enhance creativity. Meanwhile, lack of sleep brings many problems for skin, weight and immune system.

To talk about the importance of sleep, James Duigan wrote in his famous book Blueprint for Health: “If you exercise in a scientific way and eat nutritious foods but If you do not get enough sleep then this is like filling your gas tank with a gasoline sprayer. ” Lack of sleep can be one of the reasons why you have tried to do everything but have not achieved the desired results.

Avoid using too much electronics

How many times do we fall into “play nod, surf Faceboook, Instagram … note 5 to 10 minutes and then go to bed” and finally let yourself stay up until 2 am. The use of electronic devices such as computers and telephones at night not only distract us, but the light from these devices also causes the clock to be turned upside down, affecting health.

One of the simplest ways to fix this is to charge your phone, computer, etc. in another room. Thus, the brain will not be “bothered”, making it easier to fall asleep.

Limit caffeine drinks after 2pm

Coffee, tea, soft drinks, energy drinks … are caffeine drinks. Caffeine lasts up to 8 hours after use. And while this sane effect can be reduced, they still affect the body, preventing us from falling asleep or having a deep sleep.

You can substitute coffee, energy drinks … with caffeine-free herbal teas, fruit juices, or filtered water.

Make a habit of sleeping

A series of familiar activities before going to bed will signal to the body and brain that it is time to go to bed. Sip a cup of herbal caffeine-free hot tea while removing makeup, skin before bed will help you fall asleep as soon as you put your back to bed. You can choose the herb tea such as chrysanthemum tea, rosemary tea … to bring the highest relaxation effect.
